Zimpler recognises the potential of Pix, the instant payment platform launched by the Central Bank of Brazil in 2020, as a game-changer in the industry. Pix enables swift and seamless execution of payments and transfers, becoming an integral part of online transactions in the country. To leverage this innovative platform and address the pain points experienced by businesses and customers alike, Zimpler is actively integrating with Pix through authorized third-party providers in compliance with the regulations established by the Central Bank of Brazil.
By integrating with Pix, Zimpler aims to significantly reduce friction points that can lead to customer churn and lost revenue for businesses. Currently, the payment flow in Brazil involves approximately 10-15 steps, hindering conversion rates and customer loyalty. Zimpler intends to cut this process in half, allowing for instant settlement with retailers. Such a streamlined payment experience positively impacts conversion rates and strengthens customer loyalty.
Rhi Burns, Head of iGaming at Zimpler, highlighted the significance of finding the right Pix provider in Brazil. She emphasized that Zimpler offers a unique solution for European companies looking to enter this exciting market. With established expertise in money transfers with Latin America, Zimpler provides a comprehensive suite of services, including Know Your Customer (KYC), custom branding, and Anti Money Laundering (AML) monitoring. These features make Zimpler faster, safer, and more flexible than any other options currently available in the market.
Zimpler’s expansion into Brazil marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to strengthen its global presence. With an initial team of four employees, Zimpler plans to rapidly expand its operations in Brazil, catering to the growing demand for innovative payment solutions. The company’s commitment to instant transactions and robust fraud prevention measures further solidifies its dedication to providing seamless and secure payment experiences for its customers.
Zimpler’s integration with Pix, coupled with its commitment to providing unparalleled services, positions the company as an ideal partner for businesses seeking to optimise their payment processes, expand into Brazil, and forge strong connections with local customers. By reducing friction and offering a secure and efficient payment experience, Zimpler is driving the growth of e-commerce and fostering business success in the Brazilian market.
